We understand that plans change. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our drivers. Please read this policy carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
Local and Airport Rides
- Cancelled 2+ hours before pickup: Full refund or free rescheduling
- Cancelled within 1–2 hours of pickup: 50% cancellation charge applies
- Cancelled within 1 hour of pickup or no-show: 100% of the base fare is charged
Outstation Rides
- Cancelled 24+ hours before pickup: Full refund with no charges
- Cancelled 12–24 hours before pickup: 25% of the total fare is charged
- Cancelled 6–12 hours before pickup: 50% of the total fare is charged
- Cancelled within 6 hours of pickup or no-show: 100% of the base fare is charged
Corporate and Event Bookings
- Cancellation policies for bulk/corporate bookings are governed by the specific agreement signed at the time of booking.
- Please refer to your corporate booking agreement or contact corporate@multicabz.com.
2. Cancellation by Multi Cabz
In rare cases, Multi Cabz may cancel a booking due to:
- Vehicle breakdown or unavailability
- Driver emergency or safety concerns
- Extreme weather, natural calamities, or government restrictions
In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund and will be notified at the earliest possible time. We will make every effort to arrange an alternative vehicle.
3. How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, please contact us through any of the following methods:

- Via the booking confirmation message thread
Cancellations must be communicated directly to our team. Cancellations via social media messages are not accepted.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, or card)
- Cash payments will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI — please provide your bank/UPI details when requesting a refund
- • Multi Cabz is not responsible for delays caused by the customer's bank or payment processor
5. Rescheduling
Instead of cancelling, you may reschedule your booking at no charge if:
- The request is made at least 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time (local/airport rides)
- The request is made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time (outstation rides)
Rescheduling is subject to vehicle and driver availability on the new date/time.
