Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services offered by MultiCabz p. By making a booking or using our website at multicabz.com, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Booking and Confirmation
- All bookings must be made at least 2 hours in advance for local rides and 4 hours in advance for outstation and airport rides.
- A booking is confirmed only upon receiving an acknowledgement via call, WhatsApp, or email from our team.
- Multi Cabz reserves the right to decline a booking without stating a reason.
- The customer is responsible for providing accurate pick-up addresses, destination, and travel date/time.
2. Fares and Payments
- Fares are calculated based on distance, vehicle type, time of travel, and applicable tolls.
- All fares displayed or quoted are inclusive of fuel charges. Toll, parking, and state permit charges are additional and payable by the customer.
- Waiting charges apply beyond the first 15 minutes of scheduled pickup time.
- We accept cash, UPI, credit/debit card, and online bank transfer.
- A valid receipt/invoice will be provided for all completed rides upon request.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must be ready at the designated pickup point at the agreed time.
- Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during the journey.
- Multi Cabz is not liable for any loss or theft of items left in the vehicle.
- Passengers must not engage in any illegal activity, carry prohibited goods, or cause damage to the vehicle.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will be charged to the customer.
4. Driver and Vehicle
- All drivers are background-verified, licensed, and trained professionals.
- Multi Cabz reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or higher category if the booked vehicle is unavailable due to technical issues.
- In case of a vehicle breakdown, Multi Cabz will arrange an alternative vehicle as quickly as possible.
5. Outstation Trips
- For outstation bookings, a minimum of 250 km per day is applicable for round-trip packages.
- Night halt charges apply if the driver is required to stay overnight away from Hyderabad.
- Customers must inform us of any intermediate stops at the time of booking.
6. Limitation of Liability
Multi Cabz shall not be held liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, road conditions, natural events, or government restrictions
- Loss of business, income, or consequential damages arising from a delayed or cancelled ride
- Any personal injury or property damage beyond our reasonable control
7. Governing Law
You have the right to:
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
8. Amendments
- Multi Cabz reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes
